Habits: How to Build Them + Break Them




Success is the product of daily habits, not once-in-a-lifetime transformations. Our mission is to give you the guidance and support needed to achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Today, July 19th, at 6 pm we will discuss how to utilize the aids we provide to make success happen consistently, reliably, and in a way that results in less time spent 'hitting the wall'.


One of the materials we provide you with to accomplish your goals is the Habit Tracker. This allows you to visualize your progress, and focus on long-term consistency. We encourage you to join us at tonight's "Habits: How to Break Them & Build Them" presentation to go in-depth on how you can get the most out of your Habit Tracker.


This event is free to both members and non-members. Feel free to bring family and friends who might be interested.
