Weds, 12/1- Pithy Proverbs



I should have grabbed a picture of it, but we had 10 people show up for our first oly class tonight, awesome! We'll see how many of you show back up after learning how much stretching you're going to have to do.


On Wednesday we're continuing our advanced KB movement training (and giving your quads a break) with a focus on finally nailing the KB jerk, getting a little mid week partner workout action in, and sneaking in 120 kettlebell swings too. Come in and do it to it!




Good work on the step-ups today yall. I don't know if any of you have seen that one of our benchmark tests is 500 vertical feet for time. Interesting.
