Squatober takes many shapes and forms, and for our purposes, Squatober will mean three weeks of working on general squat mobility and developing the overhead squat position in our Mobility classes! Come in and find out why overhead squats are the most mobility intensive 'common' barbell movement, and at the same time get those tight hips sorted out.
