Weds, 10/5- Highway Star

Some quick 1/4 mile times up on the board today guys, I love it! Last week when we were hitting heavy RDL's many of you were mentioning grip strength challenges; one of the best ways to build that up- farmer's carries!
The test for today is heavy farmer's for laps, if the strength is there as many laps as possible with 70's for men and 53's for women, or if you're still building to that, as many laps as possible with whatever you can manage!
