Tues, 12/21- My True Love Gave to Me



One of my favorite things that I always forget is a favorite thing is 12 Days workouts. The time is here, the Christmas spirit is high- let's get you sweaty.


If you're unfamiliar with 12 Days of Christmas workouts, the way they work is simple- work through the list of movements as in the song. 1 partridge, 2 turtledoves, 1 partridge, 3 French hens, 2 turtledoves, 1 partridge, etc. If that makes sense, fantastic. If not... you'll see.


There are many, many variations. These are our variations, for this year.
