Sat 9/4- First Week in the Books! + Labor Day Sched



Our first week in the books! Thank you so very much to everyone who's made it out, your support has made us feel incredibly welcomed. This week we've successfully taken a whole bunch of you through our 3 day intro process, got a barbell into a lot of people's hands for the first time, and have met what feels like half the town of New London!


On Saturday we'll be once again running our Intro Day 1 class for people who missed it the first time around.

Also, many of you have been asking what our Labor Day schedule is like on Monday- we always find a lot of people like to come in for a workout when they have the day off, so we'll be running a full schedule!
