Mon, 12/20- Holiday Schedule


Hey all!


Christmas time is here, we've got a fresh blanket of snow on the ground making it festive, and some nice workouts keyed up for you in the gym. Come in and take that yuletide cheer out on some barbells and kettlebells.


Holiday Schedule:

12/24, Friday- Christmas Eve, Half Day, 11:15pm last class

12/25, Saturday- Christmas Day, Closed

12/31, Friday- New Years Eve, Half Day, 11:15pm last class

1/1, Saturday- New Years Day, Bench in the New Year!

Monday- Strength, 1+1/4 Back Squats

Tuesday- Cardio, Special Holiday Workout, Evening Oly Class

Wednesday- Strength, Upper Body Endurance

Thursday- Mobility, Thoracic Spine + Hips

Friday- Strength

Saturday- Closed for Christmas Day
