I hope you all enjoyed your Reese's Pieces (one of the few actually worth it, right?) this weekend, because we're back with another week of grinding, building, and getting stronger! International Chest Day on Monday followed up by 2k Tuesday. If you missed the row last week, here's your chance to try it out, and if you did make it in- now you have a number to beat!

Tuesday- Cardio, 2k Row
Wednesday- Strength, Deadlift
Thursday- Mobility Class, Animal Flow
Friday- Strength, Reverse Lunge
Saturday- Cardio Class
