Fri, 9/3- Barbell 101

Finishing out our first week open, we're going to get a barbell in your hands and have some fun. A perfect class for people who have never touched a barbell before, and for those that have, you'll get the chance to build up to a heavy 5 in back squats! We'll also evaluate where you are on our pull-up progression spectrum, and you'll get to learn the unique joys of a sled party.

This day should answer all your remaining questions about what any 'stuff' in our gym is used for. From here you'll have the tools at your disposal to tackle any and all challenges we might throw and you!
