Tues, 9/28- Ergolyzer


One more go at chasing down that 500m sprint time! It's a great day to make it in for a Tuesday cardio class if you've been on a MWF routine, getting a fast 500m time on the books will help inform a lot of other rowing pacing work that we'll be doing in the future.
