OUR PHILOSOPHY
We decided to start Hungry Hearts Gym + Kitchen because we never want to see people struggle with eating and working out again. We know that for many people nutrition and exercise can be confusing, lonely, and intimidating. We think you deserve better. We’re passionate about building a space where people can break out of the diet and fitness trend rut, and find a community that will help support them in living happier and healthier lives.
How to get started
We want to make it easy for everyone from an experienced gym-goer to an off-the-couch beginner to get started here at Hungry Hearts! Follow these steps to learn more about us and become a part of our community:

Meet with us, tour our facility, and learn our unique approach to food and fitness.

Start with our one-on-one personal training to learn the foundational strength training techniques that will help you hit your goals safely and consistently.

Work with one of our experienced coaches to create a sustainable lifestyle plan to ensure your success in and out of the gym.
Gain confidence with personal training and eventually graduate to our small group ID sessions. Build autonomy and feel more in control of your training routine.
Integrate our healthy habits and eating practices into your lifestyle to achieve results impossible with just exercise alone.
