We understand it can be challenging and intimidating to try something new which is why we have expert coaches ready to guide you. We know that when you come to Hungry Hearts, you entrust us to not only help you reach your goals but to do so in a safe and knowledgeable way. To do this, we work with you in a way that suits you and your needs best- whether that's through personal training, small group personal training, or in group fitness classes. Structured programs to meet your health and wellness goals
How we create results
-Work directly with a coach in a one-on-one environment.
-We begin with by providing a personalized assessment and program tailored to your needs, and then help you learn how to both achieve and maintain the results that matter to you.
Personal Training
-Work with your personal coach who will build a program tailored to your specific needs.
-Train on the floor with up to 7 other people, with a coach overseeing your technique and providing feedback. Multiple timeslots a day and flexible scheduling make this option ideal for people looking to achieve personal training-results while also navigating a busy calendar.
Small group personal training
-Train in a class of up to 16 people, with a mix of cardio, bodyweight movements, dumbbell and kettlebell movements, as well as band exercises. Each session lasts 45 minutes.
-We run a varied but progressive program that places an emphasis on building strength and technique in the fundamentals, improving your whole-body conditioning, and maximizing your ability to live an active lifestyle.
